Refund policy

We accept returns within 21 days of order despatch - refunds will be given on items received back in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Please email us at paperturtleuk@gmail.com before making a return.
When making the return please obtain a 'proof of postage' receipt from the Post Office.
The return postage and the initial postage charge paid at the time of order placement will not be refunded by Paper Turtle, unless of course the item(s) is faulty.
