We are a small family business and are not VAT registered, therefore the prices you see online, do not include tax.
Payment via our online store is in Pound Sterling using our secure check out system. Payment must be received in full in order for us to despatch your order.
We endeavour to keep our online stock as accurate as possible, although sometimes errors may occur. If an item you have ordered is found to be unavailable, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or the option to back-order the items not in stock.
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed and again once your order has been despatched.
All card sizes provided online are approximate and do not include the envelope.
Delivery
Our standard UK delivery charge for greeting cards is £2.75.
All cards are sent out via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery.
We aim to post out your completed order within 2 working days of order placement.
For heavier items - for example Pop and Slot Advents our postal rates are as follows:
Up to 1kg = £3.95
2kg or over = £5.95
Heavier items will be sent via either Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery or Courier.
Our UK service covers the Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
Lost Items
All items are sent out with ‘Proof of Postage’, so in the unlikely event of Royal Mail not delivering your order, a claim with the Post Office can be made after 10 working days. At this point we can arrange for a replacement order to be sent (if all items still have stock availability) or a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of order despatch - refunds will be given on items received back in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The return postage will not be refunded by Paper Turtle. Please email us at paperturtleuk@gmail.com before making a return and also obtain 'proof of postage', as a refund can not be made until the item(s) is received back. We will confirm your refund, once your item has been received back in the above stated condition.
Privacy Policy
In order to process your online order we collect basic information from you. These details are lawfully collected and are will never be passed on to any third parties. We do not retain your payment card details after your order has been processed.
Our website operates with Cookie data. Cookies are small pieces of identifier data sent from our website to your web browser. Data stored in a Cookie is used to enhance your shopping experience with us, making it easier to retrieve shopping baskets, etc - not to track your shopping history nor collect any
